    Through our full body composition analysis, we provide detailed weekly reports of a clients' body composition, including body fat percentage, lean muscle mass, bone mass, BMR, WHR, fitness age, hydration levels and more. This assessment assists in tailoring fitness and nutrition plans to maximize results and monitor progress effectively.

  • Team Building Challenge Events

    In addition to individual services, we also offer quarterly team-building challenge events, such as hikes, running events, cold plunges, obstacle course races and more.
