On the health and fitness side, TJ is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, former NCAA athlete, 5x Ironman Triathlete and Ultra-marathon runner that competes in multiple racing events each year. This unique combination of clinical skills and athletic experiences allows him to deliver a highly effective, multidimensional approach comprised of counseling, exercise, nutritional coaching and wellness practices that are scientifically proven to optimize overall health and wellness.
Derek blends athletics, creativity, and clinical expertise to help individuals reach their full potential. With a background in gymnastics, karate, tennis, wrestling, professional ballroom dancing, and improv comedy, he has seen firsthand how movement and creativity enhance mental well-being. As a licensed professional counselor associate, certified mental performance consultant, clinical hypnotherapist, and wellness coach, Derek works with individuals of all backgrounds, using a combination of physical and mental practices to create lasting change. As a former collegiate athlete, Derek understands the unique demands of high performance.

Drawing on his diverse experiences, he integrates movement, creativity, and mindset into a holistic approach that fosters resilience and unlocks potential. Tiffany combines lived experience, clinical expertise, and a passion for wellness to help clients reclaim their strength from the inside out. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Wellness Coach, she draws from her own journey—overcoming chronic illness through dedicated changes in nutrition, movement, and mindset—to support others in healing both mind and body.
With over a decade of experience, Tiffany integrates evidence-based therapy with physical wellness, mindfulness, and music. Her approach blends traditional mental health treatment with somatic techniques, offering dynamic sessions that reflect her belief in whole-person healing. Whether addressing trauma, stress, or life transitions, she meets clients with empathy, directness, and real-world strategies that create lasting change.
